The Shop Bacci digital platform Wines, made by Castello di Bossi Società Agricola s.r.l. with registered office in Località Bossi in Chianti 28, Castelnuovo Berardenga (SI), 53019 (VAT number: 00088470521), is the exclusive property of the latter.
2. Introduction and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter also "General Conditions") govern the offer from part of Castello di Bossi Società Agricola srl of products on www.shopbacciwines.it (hereinafter also "Site"). The General Conditions must be accepted by the User when registering on the Site, in order to be able to use the service offered.

5. Conditions of the offer

In each case, upon delivery of the goods, the User will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or in any case altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping) or not present liquid leaking.
